Here's how to claim the bonus Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition Steam code via redemption from us.

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

• Your full name (Required)
• The email address you want us to send the Steam code to (Required)
• A mobile phone number you want us to send the Steam code to via SMS (Optional)
• Proof of your purchase of a qualifying Allied product, purchased from JB Hi-Fi Marketplace. This can be either the receipt from your JB Hi-Fi purchase or a copy of the packing sheet that came in the accessories box with your PC. No later than the game's Australian release date of 12 September 2025, we will issue you with a Steam code via email and SMS (if provided). It is not possible to preload or pre-redeem the game code before the launch date, and codes cannot be issued ahead of time.

You will need an internet connection, an active Steam account, and sufficient storage space on your PC to redeem the code and play the game. The game’s classification in Australia is MA15+. Age verification may be required to view and download the game on Steam.

How to Redeem your code via Steam

Once you have received your Steam code, follow these steps:

1. Open the Steam app on your PC and sign in
2. Click the + Add A Game button, located in the bottom left of the app window
3. Select "Activate a Product on Steam..."
4. Agree to the agreement that are presented to continue
5. Enter your code and click Confirm. A confirmation that Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition has been successfully activated will be displayed, so just hit OK. 
6. Navigate to Library (top menu), then Recent Games. Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition should be displayed there, or in your Games List on the left hand side. Select the game and click Install to start the download.

Allied Borderlands 4 Edition Desktop Gaming PC with bonus Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition Terms & Conditions

1. Qualifying product purchases:
   1. Any purchase of an Allied Patriot MKII Borderlands 4 Edition Desktop Gaming PC (Black) or Allied Stinger Borderlands 4 Edition Desktop Gaming PC (Black), purchased via JB Hi-Fi Marketplace at jbhifi.com.au, will qualify for a bonus Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition via Steam, redeemable via code that can be claimed through Allied.
   2. The Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition includes the full base game, Firehawk's Fury Weapon Skin, and the Bounty Pack Bundle (4 separate post-launch DLC packs with 4 unique areas, featuring new missions and unique bosses, 4 Vault Cards with unique challenges and rewards, new gear and weapons, new Vault Hunter cosmetics, and 4 new vehicles with new cosmetics).    3. Any pre-order bonuses offered elsewhere with the Borderlands Deluxe Edition are not included in this offer.

2. Redemption: Purchases before the game’s Australian release date (12 September 2025):
   1. Once purchased from JB Hi-Fi Marketplace, the PC will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase. The Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition digital Steam download code can be claimed from Allied, via redemption. Proof of purchase of a qualifying product is required. 
   2. Following purchase of a qualifying product, customers must send their name, the email address to which they want the code to be sent, and a copy of the receipt provided by JB Hi-Fi or Allied showing their purchase of a qualifying product, to [email protected].
   3. Customers can also submit a mobile phone number, to which the same redemption code will also be sent via SMS, if provided.
   4. A code to redeem Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition via Steam will be sent to the email address and phone number (if provided) no later than the day of the game’s Australian release date. 
   5. Instructions to redeem the code via Steam will also be provided, and are viewable at https://www.alliedgamingpc.com.au/borderlands4-redemption
   6. As of June 17 2025, the game’s Australian release date is 12 September 2025. Any changes to this launch date are outside the control of JB Hi-Fi and Allied, and if this occurs, the game codes would be provided no later than any newly advised launch date. Any such changes will be communicated as quickly as practicable.
   7. Allied will store and handle customer information in accordance with their Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.alliedgamingpc.com.au/privacy-policy/.

3. Redemption: Purchases on or after the game’s release date (12 September 2025):
   
   1. The Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition digital Steam download code will be fulfilled together with the PC. 
   2. Purchasers will receive a printed code in the accessories box shipped with their PC, along with instructions to redeem the game through Steam.
4. Code Redemption:
   1. Code redemption is via Steam. An internet connection, active Steam account and sufficient storage space is required to redeem the code and download the game. 
   2. GThe game’s classification in Australia is MA15+. Age verification may be required to view and download the game on Steam. 
   3. The game can be redeemed on or after the game’s release day only; preloading the game, or redeeming the code prior to launch, is not possible.
5. Expiry dates:
   1. Offer valid until 31 December 2025 unless extended, sold out, or withdrawn earlier.
   2. Steam redemption codes do not expire
6. Cancelled/refunded orders:
   1. Orders that are cancelled/refunded prior to the game’s release date will not receive a redemption code. 
7. Lost codes / Technical support:
