survey competition TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promotion takes place once per quarter, renewing on the first of the month (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st).

The survey must be completed for an entry to be valid and only one entry per person will be accepted.

The winner will be notified via email.

The winner will be selected using a randomisation algorithm. Odds of winning are determined by number of participants.

The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of being drawn.

The prize is valid for 12 months from the renewal date, and can be used storewide, excluding shipping.

The winner may be substituted for another draw only if reasonable efforts have been made to contact them and were unsuccessful.

A list of previous winners may be provided upon request.
