BattleBit Remastered was launched into Early Access on Steam on June 15, quickly becoming a smash hit overnight where it quickly flew up to close to the top of Steam's best-seller charts with 70,000+ active players each night. The only games to topple this is something like Counter-Strike: GO (CS:GO) with 87,000 concurrent players at its peak over the last few days.

The game was made by just 3 developer and has been 7 years in the making, where back in 2020 -- 4 years into BattleBit Remastered's development -- the game had 100 concurrent players.
